    We process orders from Monday to Saturday. All purchases made on Saturday after 1:00 PM will be processed starting Monday.
    Once your purchase has been made through our online store, we will process your order within the following 24 hours as long as you are within our courier express area.
    Shipments are not made on official holidays. These are scheduled for the next business day.
    If your district is outside of metropolitan Lima or outside the coverage area of ​​our express courier, the delivery time is within 48 hours.
    Order delivery days are Monday through Saturday.
    In case the client selects delivery in Metropolitan Lima, but is not in our coverage area, the shipment will be made by Olva Courrier and a different rate will be applied, the shipping time established for provinces will also be considered.
    We also reserve the right to distribute in areas with complex access within Metropolitan Lima, for those cases the package can be sent with Olva Courrier and depending on the shipping policies of the agency it may be requested that the package be picked up at the same agency. .

    All orders with destination outside of Lima are sent by Olva Courier, who will provide us with a delivery number, which can be requested by phone or inbox for follow-up.
    The delivery time to the dispatch agency is 48 to 72 hours, from the date established in the product description. The receipt of the order depends on the times established by the aforementioned company. Keep in mind that times may vary for reasons beyond our control.
    DELIVERY OF PRE-SALE PRODUCTS AND NEW COLLECTIONS
    For Pre-Sale products, the delivery times (Check Maximum Delivery Date) are specified in the description of each product and may vary from the regular times established according to the district or province in which you are.
    CONDITIONS OF THE "FREE DELIVERY" PROMOTION
    When La Matier promotes FREE DELIVERY, the following aspects are considered.
    - The promotion applies only to purchases made on the date specifically communicated.
    - Promotion does not apply for changes and returns.
    - The promotion will apply for purchases greater than S/70.00
    - In case the client wishes to make a change or refund, he will assume the delivery cost, for Lima S/10.00 and for provinces S/18.00
    *Deadlines may vary for reasons beyond our control.



    EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY


    CHANGES
    To manage a change, you just have to send an email to hola@lamatier.com or a message to our WhatsApp 934 012 765 indicating the number of your order, the garment you want to change and the new product you want to purchase. In the same email or message send us photos that show the good condition of the garments.
    Consider the following aspects in relation to the change process:
    * Changes can be made up to 7 days after receiving your order.
    * If at that time you cannot find a product to replace the original, you can request a gift card for the value of your purchase (not including the delivery amount).
    * If it is the first change, we pay for the collection of the garment and the delivery of the new product only within metropolitan Lima (as long as it is within our coverage area). Restrictions apply.
    * The date of delivery of the change or pick up will depend on the district of Metropolitan Lima that you are in, see specific considerations in our shipping policies.
    * For provinces, the customer is responsible for the payment of the shipment with the product to be changed and the payment of the shipment with the new product.
    * The confirmation of the change is made up to 48 hours after receiving the email with the request.
    * The product that is being changed must be delivered to the driver that delivers the new garment.
    This policy does not apply to products that are purchased with offers, see specific considerations.
    For La Matier Beauty products (Hair Serum and Eyelash Elixir) no changes or returns are applied once the purchase is made.

    RETURNS
    We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you want the money back, contact hola@lamatier.com or with a message to our WhatsApp 934 012 765 to help you in the process without any problem. The return request process must be carried out within 72 hours of receiving the product.
    In the case of provinces, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping for the return.
    This policy does not apply to products that are purchased with offers or some type of discount, see specific considerations.
    In the case of returns, the delivery amount is not included in these. The return is made only for the value of the products.
    The return date will depend on the payment method used to make the purchase.
    Refunds for purchases made through Mercado Pago are made directly to the credit card used for the transaction and the times may vary depending on the bank.

    FACTORY FAILURES

    CHANGES AND RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS ON SALE
    For products purchased on Offer (or Sale) no refunds or changes are applied to the garments, the sale of the products is final.
