SHIPPING PROCESS IN METROPOLITAN LIMA

We process orders from Monday to Saturday. All purchases made on Saturday after 1:00 PM will be processed starting Monday.

Once you have made your purchase through our online store, we will process the delivery of your order within a maximum of 24 to 72 hours as long as you are within our courier express area.

Shipments are not made on official holidays. These are scheduled for the next business day.

If your district is outside of metropolitan Lima or outside the coverage area of ​​our express courier, the delivery time is within 72 hours.

For security and confidentiality reasons, La Matier does not keep information about its clients. But, if necessary and to guarantee the delivery of your purchase, we could request your location to be able to reach your address, regardless of the amount of order you have registered. In case the client selects delivery in Metropolitan Lima, but is not in our coverage area, the shipment will be made by Olva Courrier and a different rate will be applied, the shipping time established for provinces will also be considered.

All orders with destination outside of Lima are sent by Olva Courier, who will provide us with a delivery number, which can be requested by phone or inbox for follow-up.

The delivery time to the dispatch agency is 48 to 72 hours, from the date established in the product description. The receipt of the order depends on the times established by the aforementioned company. Keep in mind that times may vary for reasons beyond our control.

RETURNS
