How to win in Matier Crew?

-Making an order:

For every sun you spend at La Matier you will get a Matier Point to exchange for a discount on your purchases. Points will be awarded as long as your orders are paid for.

-Registering:

If you register your email and password you get 250 Matier Points to exchange for a discount on your purchase.

-Celebrating your birthday .

All you have to do is register your date of birth at least 30 days in advance to earn 250 Matier Points and redeem them for a discount on your purchases. Points will be redeemed 30 days before your birthday.

How to redeem your Matier Points?

To redeem your Matier Points you must be logged in and open the rewards panel. Then click on the "Forms to Redeem" option, if you have enough points you can click on the "Redeem" option for any of the options that are in force at the time of redemption.

How long are the coupons valid?

Coupons are available periodically, these may vary depending on the availability that we take into consideration at that time. There is no established time or type of coupon, the validity is subject to our criteria.

Are the coupons cumulative, can I use more than one coupon in the same purchase?

No, they are not cumulative and any type of coupon combination is not accepted in the same purchase.

Can I redeem more than one coupon at a time?

If you have the points available, you can redeem a coupon again but not use them on the same purchase.

Are the points I used on a purchase refunded if I make an exchange, return or do not complete the payment of my order?

No, if you use your points to redeem a coupon and it is used, there is no option to return the coupon or the points.

Do my coupons apply to exchanges and returns?

Coupons are not valid for exchanges or returns, you can only use them on new purchases.
